1-1/2 LB frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts1 can 14 1/2 oz low-sodium diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained1 envelope 1.25 oz low sodium fajita seasoning mix (or taco seasoning)
1. Place chicken in slow cooker
2. Mix tomatoes and taco seasoning. Pour over chicken.
3. Cover, cook on low 6 to 8 hours
