Hot Pasta and Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
2 oz. mini wheel pasta1 chicken breast, cooked and cubed1/2 c. petite diced tomatoes1 tsp. canola oil3/4 c. sliced, quartered zucchini1/4 c. diced onion1/2 c. diced red pepper1 clove garlicseasonings to taste (I use basil, italian seasoning, salt and pepper)
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and toss with diced tomatoes.

Saute vegetables in canola oil until tender. Mix al ingredients in large bowl. Top with parmesan or mozzerella cheese.
