Health Fruit and Veggie Smoothie

Ingredients
1/4 beet (fresh)2 carrots, peeled1 medium/large stalk of celery5-6 strawberries25 blueberries1/2 apple1/2 banana1 tbsp ground flax seeds1 cup of cold water
Directions
Blend using a high powered blender (I use Blendtec HP3) until consistency is smooth. You can add ice cubes if you prefer this chilled, but the nutrients from the fruits and vegetables are best absorbed by your body at room temperature.
