Cashew Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
2 tsp honey dijon mustard2 tbsp finley chopped or crushed cashews4.5 ounce fillet of salmon
Directions
Brush the salmon with mustard. Season with black pepper and onion flakes, if desired. Then dredge through cashew pieces.

Spray pan with cooking spray and pan sear for about 5 minutes on first side and 3 minutes on second side.
