Polish Sausage Stirfry

Hillshire farm Lite Smoked Sausage, 14 ozRed Potato, 6 medium Onions, raw, 1 mediumGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1 large Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Butter, unsalted, 4 tbsp
Slice or chuck cut the potatoes. Cut onions into slices and cut green pepper into chucks. Use sliced mushrooms. You can add any vegetable you like, sometimes I use yellow and zuccini squash.
In a skillet over medium/high heat, warm olive oil. Add potatos, adding vegetables to the mixture dependent on the tenderness desired. When almost finished, add sausage cut in bite sized slices.
Only add butter if you want.
