Cucmber, tomato, onion salad

Ingredients
2 T. Kraft fat free creamy italian dressing2 T. Tofutti brand - better than sour cream2 C. cucumbers sliced12 large grape tomatoes cut in half1 Small-medium onion dicedSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl, cover and place in fridge for at least 1hr. so flavors can meld.

Uncover and serve. Great with everything, esp. grilled black bean burgers.
