* Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped * Celery, raw, .7 cup, diced * Shrimp, raw, 12 medium * Crab Supreme, imitation crab meat, 0.7 cup . * Ragu, Carb Options Alfredo Sauce
Directions
Chop Onions and celery
Boil onions and celery for 5 minutes
In a medium to large skillet spray Pam
Add Onions, celery, shrimp, crab, and 1/4 cup of Alfredo Sauce (low calorie)
Cook over Medium Heat
