Marinated Broiled Chuck Steak

3/4 c. soy sauce1 tbsp white vinegar3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1/3 c. packed brown sugar2 tbsp. vegetable oill1 (3.5lb.) chuck steak
In 13 x 9 glass pan, combine all ingredients. Add chuck steak and turn to coat. Cover and let meat marinate about 1 hour, turning occasionally.
About 1 hour before serving, preheat broiler; place steak on rack in broiling pan (reserve marinade). Broil steak until of desired doneness, brushing frequently with marinade and turning once. Serves 4.
