Thanks for posting this. I am making cubed steak for the first time this weekend. I already knew I was using peppers and onions, I just wasn't sure exactly how to cook it. I figured fried was the best way. Thanks again! - 9/18/15

This was very good. I have made cube steak with cream of mushroom soup, but never thought to use bell peppers and onion. Also added some garlic powder and pepper for seasoning. - 3/1/11

I also made it for 1/4. and it was good. although I would say that the peppers kind of mixed all into one taste. - 2/17/11

It has been a while, so I can't guarantee this, but I believe it is for one steak.

I don't like green peppers, so I leave them out and add a little low sodium worchestshire sauce to make a sauce. - 10/1/10

I meant to add this to the recipe, but forgot. I typically season with pepper and or cajun seasoning. But I season each individual steak according to the person who will eat it. My wife does not like spice as much as I do, so just pepper for her. Basically, season to taste.

Very good and I would make this again. I did cut everything 1/4 since I was doing a single serving - 9/2/09
