Greek Potatoes

Ingredients
6 cups diced Potatoes1 cup raw Onion2 cloves Garlic crushed2 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Heat oil in nonstick skillet with a lid. Add garlic. Combine potato and onions before adding to the pan then add, stirring thoroughly. Cook covered. I check mine every 5 minutes to scrape the bottom of the pan as the potatoes brown and flip them. Makes 6 1-cup servings.
