1 6oz can white albacore tuna in water (drained)1 Tbsp fat free plain yogurt1 Tbsp yellow mustard1 Tbsp dried cranberries1 Tbsp sliced almonds
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and use with sandwich bread or wrap of choice
