Cheese and Chicken Enchilada Bake

nonstick cooking spray5 ounces Neufchatel Cheese, softened1 1/2 cups shredded fat free Cheddar cheese1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies1 tablespoon chili powder3/4 cup enchilada sauce1 small can of mushrooms, sliced3/4 cup fat free half and half3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Cut chicken breasts into halves horizontally making 6 chicken cutlets.
3.Mix the Neufchatel cheese, Cheddar cheese, green chilies, chili powder, enchilada sauce, mushrooms, and half and half in a large bowl. Arrange chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish; pour sauce over.
3.Bake in preheated oven until the juices run clear, about 40 minutes.
