Chopped Vegetable/Raspberry Vinaigrette salad

Ingredients
2 cups chopped broccoli2 cups chopped cauliflower1 1/2 cup chopped cucumber (one medium)1 c grated carrot (approx 2 good-sized carrots)1/3 cup chopped red onion1 cup chopped spinach (I use 1/2 a clamshell of baby spinach)7 oz of Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing1/2 cup craisins
Directions
Chop all vegetables and mix in large bowl with dressing.
Makes 8 1-cup servings.
