Italian Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 whole Chicken Breast - boneless/skinless2tsp Garlic, minced2tsp Penzies Italian Seasoning6cups Whole Wheat Rigatone Noodles2cups Broccoli, chopped2cups Cauliflower, chopped2cups Carrots, chopped1cup Del Monte Organic Diced Tomatoes - Basil, Oregano, Garlic6T Newman's Own Lighten Up Italian Dressing
Directions
Make your noodles as directed. I like to add a little garlic to the water for flavor.
Dice up chicken breast and cook in pan with the garlic and italian seasoning mix. Drain out any liquid from the chicken.
Steam your veggies for 5minutes and remove from heat - drain any water in pain still.
Through all ingredients into a large mixing bowl along with the tomatoes and salad dressing - then serve!
