2 eggs1 tablespoon butter1/2 cup chopped red bell peppers1 slice american cheese
melt butter over medium heat in an egg pan. Add eggs, cheese (torn into strips), and let the cheese melt and eggs begin to cook. Once cheese has begun melting, begin stirring, and add peppers. Once eggs are no longer runny, serve and enjoy!
