Basic Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1 cup dry brown lentils4 cups water2 large carrots, diced2 celery stalks, diced1/2 tsp. onion powder1/2 tsp. garlic powdersalt and pepper
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a pot with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer on low 25-35 minutes.
