Easy Apple Tarts

Ingredients
1 tube of Pillsbury breadsticks, reduced fat1 can of apple pie filling, no sugar added (You won't use the whole can.)T Marzetti's Fat Free Caramel Apple Dip, approximately 4-5 Tbsp*Egg whites and sweetener optional
Directions
1. Without unrolling them, break the breadsticks into 5 sections (2 breadsticks per tart).
2. Place the sections on a cookie sheet and push the center dough down with your thumbs to form a well.
3. Spoon pie filling into the well.
4. If you want a sweeter tart, sprinkle a sweetener on top of the filling. If you want nicely browned tarts, brush some egg whites on the dough.
5. Cook the tarts for 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until browned.
6. In the microwave, heat the caramel.
7. Remove the tarts from the oven and drizzle them with caramel.

*Skip the caramel and save about 60 calories per tart. They are still tasty without it.
