Artichoke and Shrimp Linguini

Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined1/2 cup olive oil3 cloves garlic1 12oz jar of artichokes1 tsp crushed red pepper1/4 cup lemon juice1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/2 cup Parmesan cheese4 oz linguini pasta
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions and set aside.

In a sauce pan, heat olive oil on medium heat. Add shrimp, garlic and artichokes. Cook for 5 minutes, or until shrimp turns pink.

Add crushed red pepper, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Simmer until thoroughly heated.

Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
