Ingredients
1 can Black Beans1 medium red bell pepper diced1/4 cup of purple onion diced1 medium tomato diced1 teaspoon olive oil2 teaspoons dried cilantro4 Flatout Healthy Grain Flatbread
Directions
Mix ingredients (except flatbread) in a 2 quart bowl and cook in microwave on high for 3-5 minutes.
Place 3/4 cup of mixture in each flatbread.
