Ingredients
2 eggs (can use 3 egg whites instead of 2 whole eggs)1 2/3 cup nonfat milk1/4 cup canola oil3/4 cup wheat flour1 1/4 cup white flour (can use 1/2 cup oat flour and 3/4 cup white flour instead of all white flour)1 tablespoon baking powder2 tablespoons sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together
Mix all wet ingredients together
Combine wet and dry ingredients but don't overmix
Cook according to waffle iron instructions
Makes 12 servings (of 2 waffle squares each)
