Ingredients
vegetable oil (to fry tortillas)hummustaboulileafy greens, lettuce, spinach... whatever salad you havedried cranberries
Directions
Fry tortillas in oil, pat dry to remove as much oil as possible.

spread hummus on tortilla
top with salad (lettuce, mixed greens, spring mix.. whatever you like)
top salad with tabouli
sprinkle a few dried cranberries on top

I had two tortillas with all the toppings and felt very full.
