Ingredients
1/4 c. sugar1/2 c. oil 1/4 c. cider vinegarBring these to a boil then let cool1 red pepper (diced)1 yellow pepper (diced)1 green pepper (diced)1 bunch green onions1 bunch cilantro (finely chopped; you can adjust this to your own taste)1 onion chopped1 can black beans (drained & rinsed)1 can black eyed peas (drained & rinsed)1 can diced tomatoes1 bag petite corn1 jicama (diced), optionalJalepenos (chopped), optionalPour wet on dry and mix thoroughly. :)
Directions
Bring sugar, oil and cider vinegar to a boil and set aside to cool.

Prepare vegetables as noted (dice, rinse, etc.)

Pour wet on dry and mix thoroughly.
