4 slices D'Angelo's Italion Bread12 Oz Turkey Sausage2 XL Eggs1 Cup Evaporated Milk1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 teaspoon Dry Mustard2 Tablespoons Brumell & Brown Margarine
Lightly butter bread, tear into small pieces and place into 9x9 dish sprayed lightly with Pam. Cook sausage, drain well and spread over bread. Sprinkle shhese over sausage. Combine and whip eggs, evaporated milk and mustard and pour over cheese. Cover, refrigerate and let sit overnight.
In the morning, pre-heat oven to 350, then uncover and bake cassarole for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick stuck into the middle comes out clean.
Makes 6 servings, equally dividd, 3"x3".
