This is awesome. I think I'm going to have to keep a constant supply on hand. As noted, a delicious way to get in raw broccoli. It's incredibly satisfying. My boyfriend loved it too. He helped me with cutting up the ingredients and seemed very surprised it tasted so good! - 8/16/09

I know.....it's amazing to me how such simple ingredients combined can be so delicious. The healthy part, is the icing on the cake. I'm so glad you liked it. I just had to find a cheaper way to enjoy this without paying almost $9.00 a pound for it.

I didn't have any cayenne pepper so I omitted it but it still was really good. I love the mix of sweetness and crunchiness. Plus it was a yummy way to get some good fresh veggies in. - 9/24/09

Very tasty! Will substitute sunflower seeds for cashews when making school lunches to get around the "nut free" requirements. - 9/15/12

I have made this several times before but used grapes instead of raisins. YUMMY!

This was very tasty! I used light mayo and couldn't tell the difference! I would say that I didn't get a full 6 cups of serving for the portion it was more like 4-5. - 2/15/10

This is delicious! I didn't have cashews or almonds on hand but I had a box of mixed nuts that I threw in and it turned out great. Thanks for sharing! - 1/22/10
