Ingredients
Directions
3 cups warm water2 tsp salt1/3 cup oil3 tbsp sugar (white)2 tbsp instant yeast7 1/2 cups white flour
Place 3 cups of flour in bowl.
Put 4 first ingredients and yeast last.
Mix all together with the rest of flour.
Leave 15 mins to rise.
Punch down 3 times & put in pans.
Let rise 1 hour.
Cook at 350° for 25 mins if you make buns.
Cook at 350° for 45 mins if you make breads.
Makes 3 breads or approx. 24 buns.
