Easy Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients
6 oz. spaghetti2 tbls. butter1/3 cup parmesan cheese2 well beaten eggs1 cup fat free cottage cheese1/2 lb. lean ground beef13oz. spaghetti sauce1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Directions
Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain. Stir butter into hot spaghetti. Add parmesand cheese and eggs. Form crust in the bottom of a pie plate sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Brown ground beef and drain. Add spaghetti sauce. Set aside. Spread cottage cheese over crust. Spread meat mixture over cottage cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Top with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and a slight sprinkle of Italian seasoning if desired. Bake for 5 minutes longer.

    I was using up leftovers to make this and it turned out great! I goofed and put the cheese on top before the first baking and it was just fine. I didn't have fat free cottage cheese so used low fat and egg beaters to make up the difference. - 4/15/11
