1 can black beansSplendaSugarVanillaEgg SubstituteFlourApplesauceCocoa
Drain black beans and combine with 1/4 cup egg substitute in food processor. Process until smooth. Mix in applesauce, melted butter, vanilla and remaining egg sub. Stir in flour, sugar, Splenda and cocoa. Pour into greased 9X13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes 16 squares.
