Ingredients
1 1/2 cup white wheat flour plus 2 Tbls3/4 cup sugar2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp nutmeg1/2 cup milk1 egg, beaten1/3 cup butter, melted
Directions
Mis first five ingredients. Add milk, egg, and butter. Mix thoroughly. Grease or line with paper cups a muffin tin. Fill 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
