Hidden Veggie 4 Layer Lasagna with Beef!

Ingredients
1 package of the Barilla No Cook Lasagna Noodles14.4 or 15 oz of Ricotta Cheese2 large eggs2 cups Shredded Mozerella Cheese.1/2 cup of grated paremsan cheese1 large 11oz zucchini1 large summer squash Ground Beef - I used 80-20 you can cut calories and use a lower fat content! 1 jar of sauce! FOILBAKING PAN 9X13X3 INCHES DEEP
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Use a baking pan of 9x13x3 inches deep
DO NOT BOIL THE NO COOK LASAGNA SHEETS
In med bowl - beat eggs, ricotta, 1 cup of shredded cheese and parmesan.
Dice up summer squash and zuchinni
Brown ground beef and put in bowl when down - keep some of the juice
In same pan put in summer squash and zuchinni until soft

Assembly:
Lay a thin layer of sauce - appx 1 cup at bottom
Layer 4 uncooked sheets, 1/3 ricotta mixture, 1/2 ground beef mix, 1/3 veggies and 1 cup sauce
Layer 4 uncooked sheets, 1/3 ricotta mixture, 1/3 veggies and 1 cup sauce
Layer 4 uncooked sheets, remaining 1/3 ricotta mixture, 1/2 ground beef mix, 1/3 veggies and 1 cup sauce
Layer 4 uncooked sheets, remaining sauce and remaining 1 cup of mozerella

Bake, covered with foil until bubbly 50-60 minutes. Uncover and cook until cheese is melted, about 5 mins. Let stand for 15 mins before cutting. Recipe makes 12!
