Crispix Coated Oven Baked Chicken

Ingredients
2 cups Kellogg's Crispix Cereal1 cup Dannon All Natural, Plain Nonfat Yogurt1 tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard1 lb. Chicken Breast, no skin
Directions
Mix the Yogurt and Mustard in a bowl. Crush the Crispix and place in a shallow bowl. Wash the chicken breast, and remove all skin and fat. Dip the chicken into the yogurt/mustard batter and then roll in the Crispix. Place an inch apart on a wire rack on a cookie sheet. Cook for 30 mins. at 400 degrees. Makes about 20 pieces, depending on how small you cut the chicken.

You can add some onion, garlic or peppers for more punch to the flavor.
