Ingredients
30 g. Yellow Peppers10 g chopped tomatoes1/2 cup Cottage Cheese1/4 tbsp. cilantroSaltines or pita bread to dip.
Directions
Put cilantro and cottage cheese in blender and blend until smooth. Slice 3 strips (about 15 g) of yellow pepper (may substitute other color pepper or mix different colors). Chop up remaining peppers. Mix peppers into bowl with blended cottage cheese. Chop up 10 g of tomatoes and mix into cottage cheese. Use pepper strips to dip and add whole wheat saltines or pita bread..
