Ingredients
1/2 pound of extra lean ground beef1/2 cup TVP (reconstituted with 1/2 cup boiling water)1 tsp dried oregano
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Form into 12 meatballs. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.

Serves 4 (3 meatballs each)
