Banana Cake - Family

Ingredients
1 cup Apple Sauce1 cup Castor sugar4 eggs2 3/4 cup self raising flour1 tsp bicarbonate of soda2 cups mashed banana
Directions
Grease 23cm deep square cake pan and line with baking paper.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl of electric mixer, beat on low speed until ingredients are combined. Beat on medium speed until miture is smooth and changed in colour. Pour into pan and bake in moderately slow oven for 1 1/4 hours. Stand 5 minutes before turning onto wire rack to cool.
