Low-fat Chicken, Bacon, and Corn Chowder

Ingredients
* *Potato, raw, 2 cup diced * *smithfield bacon-center cut 3 sl, 1 serving -- cooked and diced * Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup * Sweet Corn, Fresh, 2 cup * *Flour, white, .13 cup * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * *onion, minced, dehydrated, 2 tbsp * Thyme, fresh, 2 tsp * Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) * *chicken bouillon (1 cube), 1 serving * Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces --- cut up/dicedSalt, pepper, other spices can be added to taste.
Directions
Put fluid ingredients in pot first, except for the milk. Dissolve bouillon in the pot.

Add chicken first, let cook before adding other ingredients. Cook till potatoes and corn are soft.

Add milk last.

Makes four 1.5-cup servings.
