Ingredients
Steamed Colliflower, 1 servingChicken Broth, 1 cup Ginger, ground, 1 tbspCurry Sauce, 1 tspLime Juice, 1 fl oz Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp*Fish Sauce, 1 tsp*coconut extract, 1 tsp *Giant Eagle Smooth Essentials Nonfat plain Yogurt, 1/2 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 ounces
Directions
Satae chicken and fresh ginger
boil coliflower in broth to desired tenderness
drain broth into another bowl, add all ingrediants but coliflower to broth and stir well.
pour over coliflower and serve.
