Maple Walnut Granola

Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats1 cup rice bran1 cup sesame seeds1/2 cup dried cranberries1/2 cup currants1 cup walnuts1 tsp vanilla1/4 cup canola oil3/4 cup maple syrup
Directions
preheat oven to 250 degrees. In large mixing bowl combine oats-vanilla. Add oil and stir evenly. Pour in maple syrup and mix well until mixture is evenly moist. Spread mixture on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for 90 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool throroughly and keep in airtight container.
