Easy Homemade Burgers

2 pounds of extra-lean ground beef0.5 cup of onion chopped (about half a medium onion)0.5 cup of oats1 tbsp of Worchestershire sauce1 tsp salt1 tsp ground black pepper
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (use your hands). Be careful not to overmix or the burgers will end up being tough
2. Shape meat mixture into 8 patties and refrigerate
3. Heat BBQ to medium high
4. Grill for 5-6 mins per side or until juices run clear when the patties are pressed on the top
5. Serve on buns with burger toppings or with a salad
