High-Fiber Bean Dip

Ingredients
1 can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained1 1/2 tsp olive oil1 tsp chili powder1 tsp oregano1/2 small onion, minced fine1 clove of garlic, mincedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Mince onion in food processor. Add beans and olive oil and mix until a paste forms. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate.
