Red Cabbage with Feta and Pine Nuts

Ingredients
1/4 cup canola oil,1 med head red cabbage, thinly sliced1/3 cup pine nuts3 tbsp balsamic vinegar2 tsp sugar1/2 tsp sea salt4 oz reduced fat feta cheese
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet. Add cabbage and saute until wilted.
Add balsamic vinegar, sugar, and salt. Cook 1 minute, stirring.
Top with nuts and cheese.
