Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkeyWhole wheat Lasagna noodleKroger part skim mozzarella cheese grated Tomato SauceItalian Seasoning
Directions
cut 3 noodles in half and bring to a boil .... mix tomato sauce and Italian seasoning....pan fry ground turkey..... place a teaspoon of the sauce in a ceramic backing dish or half a meatloaf pan..... add 2 noodles to the pan and layer 1/3 of turkey, 1/3 of sauce and 1/3 of cheese. Repeat for 3 layers. Place in a 400 degree oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
