Cubed Steak

Ingredients
6 Cubed Steaks1 each, Green Pepper, Yellow Pepper, Red Pepper, and Orange Pepper - Chopped1/2 Onion Chopped2tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Combine olive oil, peppers, and onion in a large frying pan. Cook on med heat till the onions start to look clear. Add the steaks (as many that will fit in your pan) Try to keep the onion/pepper mix off to the side....stiring often. Cook the steak till it's done...no longer red in teh middle. When flipping the steaks add some of the onion/pepper mix to flavor the steak. If removeing steaks to add more ensure the onion/pepper mix stays in the pan to flavor the rest of the steaks.

Once done serve the steaks with onion/pepper mix on top. Great to make ahead for lunches...warms up well.
