Shredded Barbecue Chicken (slower cooker)

Ingredients
1.5 lbs skinned & boned chicken thighs1 tbsp olive oil1 c ketchup1/4 c dark brown sugar1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce1 tbsp cider vinegar1 tbsp yellow mustard1 tsp ground red pepper (or less to taste)1/2 tsp garlic salt
Directions
Brown chicken 4 minutes on each side in 1 tbsp hot oil. Remove from heat and place in 4-quart slow cooker.

Combine ketchup and next 6 ingredients. Pour over chicken.

Cover and cook on High 1 hour. Reduce heat to Low and cook 5-6 hours. (can also be cooked on high for appx 4 hours). Remove chicken from sauce and shred. Stir chicken into sauce. Makes 6 appx 1/2 c servings.

Can be eaten on buns, salads, baked potatoes....
