Ingredients
1 pkg yeast3/4 cup water2 cups whole wheat flour1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Mix together. Knead let rise 30 minutes. Thenroll out to make a 12 inch crust. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes add topping and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 8 servings.

    I added a little olive oil and a smidge of parmesan for flavor and mixed it to a dough ball stage in my food processor (after the yeast had proved live). I have made this twice and would make it again. I double the recipe and make one tomato-based and the other basil-pesto based. It was excellent - 5/24/08
