Ingredients:Egg, fresh, 6 large Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup Cheddar Cheese, .75 cup, shredded *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp Salt, 2 dash Pepper, black, 2 dash Salsa, 1 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup Milk, 1%, 1 fl oz
Scramble eggs with milk, salt, pepper, taco seasoning, peppers, onions, cottage cheese and cheddar. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Cut and serve. Top with sour cream and salsa.
