Cauliflower/chicken cream soup

Ingredients
2 cups cooked cauliflower1 can Campbells 98% fat free Cream of Chicken soup3 oz. Chopped, cooked chicken1 can water1 stalk chopped celery1/2 cup peas*TO TASTE*:Garlic saltPoultry seasoningOnion powderChopped fresh parsley
Directions
Steam cauliflower, drain.
Add soup and water, bring to a simmer then mash with potato masher.
Add cooked chicken, celery, peas, parsley and seasoning.
Lower heat and let sit for about 5 min.

Makes about 5 1-cup servings.

    I am going to try this tonight, but I am going to also add carrots and onion and pepper. I will let simmer a while longer. Thanks for the basic idea though, I have been wondering what I am going to do with that head of cauliflower! - 2/23/10
