Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove) Mustard seed, yellow, 1 tbsp (remove) Raisins, 0.25 cup, packed (remove) Garlic, 0.50 tsp (remove) Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp (remove) Raw Poha -1 cup, 10 serving (remove) Canola Oil, 0.22 cup (remove)*Peanuts, oil-roasted (with salt), 1 cup, halves and whole (remove)
Microwave the poha for 45 sec to make it crisp.
Cool
Heat oil, add mustard and cumin. When they start spluttering add a pinch of hing, curry leaves, green chilli paste, garlic paste and peanuts.
When peanuts are done add raisins. Add salt and sugar to taste. Now add the poha and mix gently.
