Multigrain Pancakes

Ingredients
1.5 c flour.25 c whole wheat flour.25 c finely ground oatmeal1.5 tsp baking powder.5 tsp baking soda3 tbsp sugar.25 tsp salt1 egg1 1/4 c buttermilk1 tsp vanilla
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well with wire whisk to blend.
2. In a small bowl, beat together egg, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Pour into dry ingredients and stir just until dry ingredients are blended; do not overmix.
3. In a nonstick skillet heat over medium heat. Pour 1/4 c batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on surface and edges begin to brown, about 3-4 minutes. Carefully flip pancakes and cook 203 minutes longer, until pancakes are fluffy and golden brown; serve immediately. Repeat with remaining batter
