Bubble Up Pizza Casserole

1 pkg refrigerator biscuits1 lb lean ground beef1 green pepper2 C mushrooms1 onion, chopped3 garlic cloves1 tsp oregano1 tsp saltblack pepperspanish olives, if desired1 1/2 C mozz cheese
Preheat oven to 375. In a large pan, brown ground beef, onion, garlic, mushrooms, and green pepper until beef is cooked through. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and oregano. Add tomato sauce and olives and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Take the biscuits and cut each into 4 pieces and drop into sauce. Stir to coat. Pour mixture into a greased 9X13 pan and baked for 25 minutes. Add mozz cheese and bake another 10 minutes or until melted. Let stand 5 minutes before eating. Makes 6 large servings.
