Taco Cheese Burger w/tortilla bun

Ingredients
15 oz Extra Lean Ground BeefTaco Seasoning (about 1 tsp per burger)3 Soft Taco Tortilla's3/4 C Cheddar Jack CheeseOil
Directions
Separate Ground beef into 3 oz portions. Add Taco seasoning to each portion, mix and form burgers. Fry burgers in skillet unitl done as you like.

Meanwhile, heat oil in skillet. Determine what size tortilla is needed for each burger. Use cookie cutter, or cut out with a cup and knife, circles to the correct diameter. Fry in oil. Drain on paper towels. (you can fry the scraps from the tortilla for chips as well)

When burgers are cooked, place about 1/8 C cheese on each one. Cover the pan and melt the cheese. Place a tortilla circle on a plate, and add cheeseburger once melted. Serve with a second tortilla round on the side and top as you would like with salsa, onion, lettuce, tomato, hot sauce, etc. (no toppings included in recipe).
