Sweet and Sour Cucumbers

Ingredients
2 cucumbers, with peel, sliced2 cups onion, sliced3/4 cup distilled white vinegar6 packets truvia3 tbsp sugar1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Slice cucumber and onion and put into a medium sized bowl. In a 2 cup measuring cup, add vinegar, truvia, sugar and black pepper. Mix well and pour over sliced veggies. Cover bowl and allow to chill for several hours for best flavor.
